The negative reviews are true. The staff is rude and they often lose paperwork. There appears to be a lot of miscommunication amongst their staff. Only deal with these idiots if you have to, otherwise stay far away.

This office will actually lose paperwork from your application file then call you 10 days later and tell you that you didnt hand in all necessary paperwork. This has happened to multiple people that I know. Please take pictures of all your paperwork onsite for proof of complete file.

I would say the people who work there are very unprofessional and rude. Drop the phone without finishing the conversation. They are useless for people who seek help. Waste tax money to support staffs like that. Sorry for the town. People from that town should have a voice of improving the service what they are paying for.

Never in my career have I dealt with a more rude and unprofessional building and zoning department. I was so nervous I was shaking when the zoning officer was yelling at me.. the staff is horribly rude. Does no one oversee them? There must be something that can be done..

This building dept sucks, the staff is rude and dismissive and the inspectors are also. They give you 8 hour window periods and wait until the last minute to show up
