A healthy food truck experience. There's just a few parking spots in the lot, and not really a spot to eat.

The first time we stopped by they were closed even though it said open on Google, we were so disappointed!

We were excited to find this spot with vegan options.

The food was very fresh and was pretty good!
The vegetarian nachos unfortunately came out with cold cheese.

We've definitely tried way better vegan spots, but would keep this in mind if we were around that side of town and needed a bite.

Island Organic Catering Made My Wedding Unforgettable!

I cannot recommend Island Organic enough! I reached out to them just three weeks before my wedding, feeling completely lost about the menu, and they went above and beyond to help me. They were so kind and helpful, guiding me through menu options and suggesting what would work best for my event. They even accommodated a special request for chicken Alfredo pasta with garlic bread and Caesar salad, which was such a personal touch.

What stood out the most was how they worked with me on pricing, understanding my budget and making everything as cost-effective as possible. The entire process was so smooth—she was amazing on the phone, patient with all my questions, and constantly reassuring.

On the day of the wedding, they delivered the food to Pahoa, and everything arrived warm, fresh, and ready to serve. My guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was—it was absolutely bomb.com! I was a bit nervous about not having a taste test (destination wedding nerves!), but Island Organic completely exceeded my expectations.

If you’re planning an event, especially a wedding, I 100% recommend Island Organic Catering. They made the entire experience stress-free, and the food was an absolute hit. Thank you for making my big day so special!

As a carnivore, I am always skeptical of vegan/vegetarian places.

Though they serve chicken, I always appreciate having my ego checked.

Jenn is an absolute gem who crafts excellent dishes with fresh local produce.

I indulged in the lilikoi lava chicken with ulu chips and it was truly one of my favorite dishes I've ever had on island.

If you're in Hilo town I couldn't recommend it more. If you want to support good people who care about the quality of their food, look no further.

This will be a staple of any food stop in Hilo moving forward.

Some of the best food on the island! My wife is very picky vegan and this is her favorite spot! I personally love the lava chicken! Highly recommended

Jen Bee and the Island Organic Cuisine offers delightful creations! I love that I can trust that the quality of food is going to be the highest quality around and that she grows and sources as much local and organic as possible. Also, the vegan cheese is so good that it tastes like the local goat cheese! Hallelujah! I am so happy to eat here anytime I am in the Hilo area! Mahalo nui loa Jen & ‘ohana!

What a great surprise! They had an incredible selection of sandwiches, crepes, and drinks! I had the chicken veggie crepe and it was divine!

The food here was amazing. I loved the cassava dishes, all so tastey, plus itʻs right by the ocean so you can order and picnic on the beach. Not many places in Hilo you can do that!
