The "little church with a big heart" is more than just lip service at Isle of Hope Baptist. Sure, no church is going to do it perfectly every time, because we're made up of real humans, but what I love about IOHB is that the intention to care for one another, and for others, is heartfelt. I've attended several different brands of church in my life (both structured denominational churches to big, contemporary, non-denominational church) and I never thought I'd see myself land again at a small, little church with "Baptist" in its name. I'm so glad I didn't let my preconceived stereotypes get in the way of finding a real community and spiritual growth. Come worship with us and find out what it means to be a part of the little church with the big heart.

My husband and I recently joined Isle of Hope Baptist church. We felt welcome from the very first visit! This is a church that preaches the good news of Jesus Christ. Lyle Wood is led by the Holy Spirit to preach the word of God. We are so glad to be a part of this community of believers. Come join us!

Isle of Hope Baptist is in a lovely community, and is a great little church. I enjoy the teaching from the Pastor very much. The people are friendly and welcoming. If you’re in need of a church home you should come visit The little church with the Big heart.
