I recently left Magic a 5 star review for a navigation system repair, because they deserved it. Google made me take it down inn order to leave another review. Here it is. They deserve this review as well.

We have been a customer of magic for over 20 years, for irrigation system issues and their garden center. They did a major irrigation repair for us this spring, and my wife wanted to try them for landscape maintenance. We signed up for their program, set everything up for auto pay, and looked forward to their first visit, for which they charged us in advance, which I found unusual. They told us they would arrive between 10 and 2. At 3 o’clock we called and were told “the crew is on its way.” They showed up just before 6 PM, the same time guests were arriving for dinner on our deck. Now, I understand how these hard-working guys can fall behind, and normally this would not be a problem, but we did not want landscapers with their loud blowers around then, so we asked them to come back next week instead. Magic management had an absolute fit, and told us we would have to pay anyway, even though they didn’t do anything, just because they did show up. I guess it was our fault they came hours late and magic had no responsibility for this or any thought of the inconvenience it might cause their CUSTOMER. They did refund the prepayment. I called last week to order the fall irrigation system shut down, which they’ve done for us since 2024. They took the order but then sent an email advising they would no longer do business with us. I responded, requesting management to call and explain. They had neither the courage or the courtesy to do so.

It’s not Magic: smart managers know the fundamental business concept that if you have a customer issue, you try to put yourself in their shoes and see it from their point of view and at least TRY to resolve it amicably.

I'm not sure what the gentleman before my review was talking about. This business and their owners have been nothing but kind and courteous, ALWAYS putting the customer first. It's Magic is a top notch company that you can depend on! They are honest, reliable, and do fantastic work! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for nursery or landscaping!!

Had an encounter with the owners of this establishment. These people were very very rude! They act like because they own a business they're entitled to everything they want. I would do business with these people nor will I ever recommend their business to anyone.
