A little bit of an old take, but should still be posted regardless. I don't know who drives the newer Chevy Tahoe with the JR Customer Landscaping branding and phone number on the rear quarter window, but they need their license revoked. Below is a video of them driving recklessly on Rte571 last year near OCTS. Stay away from them. WATCH THE VIDEO. You put other drivers and CHILDREN at serious risk of serious injury with your stupid shenanigans. Do better.

I own a construction company and I plowed snow for Jim the owner and was told over and over by jim I would get paid and still waiting a year later. He doesn't pay his subcontractors because he said he doesn't have it right now. So be careful paying as he might use your money and be stealing from Peter to pay Paul as the old saying goes.

Oh, if I could give this company zero stars, how I would. The work is nothing short of shoddy. My patio looks worse than when they started. No shows, excuses, poor workmanship, not following directions and simply not finishing the work...I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and find someone else for your job. It has cost me DOUBLE to undo the mess they created.

Had stone work done. Paid a lot of money. Now i had to hire someone else who fixed the horrible stone work that was done. Had a stone mailbox done. It was a mess. Looked like no stone mailbox i have ever seen. I asked JR to send me a picture of a stone mailbox that looks like the one he did . Of course i never heard back. Would not recommend this company. Ended up costing me double the money

Jim was exceptionally well knowledge, and patient with me as he walked me through the process. He called to let me know when he was running behind and his men were just as professional. To say his character is questionable is absurd! Mr. Picon was well spoken and dressed professionally as well. I know in his line of work he visits many people and tries hard to accommodate their schedule. However in his defense a five minute phone call turned into a thirty minute wait out in the cold. I know this bc I was his next appointment. Therefore he was late coming to me bc of the inconsideration of his previous prospect. Who in turn felt spurned by Mr. Picon and left a negative comment on here.
I chose well when I went w JR Custom Landscaping. My property never looked better and I am looking forward to becoming a repeat customer!

JR Landscaping is absolutely fantastic. They have done a lot of work for me over the past few years, and at no time have I ever been disappointed. The first work they did for me was landscaping around my pool and waterfall. I was so impressed, I brought them back out the following spring to address a front garden that a previously looked mediocre. It turned out fantastic. I brought them back again the following year to do more landscaping in my back yard with similar results.

Most recently they came back and performed and EXTENSIVE renovation of my front yard that involved landscape, hardscape, tiered gardens, and all of the work, plantings, stone, boulders, was exceptional and they made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way.

Are they the cheapest around? No. Are they expensive? I don't think so... Not when you get what you pay for... Which is one of a kind personalized landscape design, attention to detail, and an excellent experience all around.

I would give them 6 starts if possible.
