I've been a proud composter for five years with Java's Compost! They have made it so easy to compost at home. I try to not waste food to start, but if I have to throw something out, using Java's Compost makes me feel so much better about it. I love to track my impact on their easy to use customer portal! It's also been great to get that compost back and use it to for my plants. Amazing company! Java's offers reasonably low-cost options (weekly pickup? biweekly? drop off? you name it!) to transform all your food waste into incredibly nutrient dense soil. Did you know that food waste is typically 30% of household trash? Did you know that the trash from Montclair area is burned in an incinerator in the Ironbound neighborhood of Newark? Composting is a great way to keep food out of your trash. Want to compost but it feels too overwhelming? I have been using Java's Compost weekly pickup service for years and highly recommend them. Unlike backyard home composting, you can compost meat, dairy, and bones along with veggie scraps. So easy!

Two years ago, I posted these words of review as shown below in the quote. In the world of business competition, businesses do change. However, Java's Compost continues to provide the most excellent service that is convenient for customers and excellent for the environment in my experience as a subscriber of the past nearly 6 years!! Those of us with a backyard often compost garden waste, but putting food scrape into the compost bin is always an invitation to animals, leaving it in the regular garbage cans, it is messy, smelly and environmentally unfriendly. Having the help from Java's, literally I only need to take out my garbage can one every two weeks at the most - so much unnecessary landfill saved. And I get composted rich fertilizer back in the spring planting season. In addition, they are always promptly responsive to my request! I utterly appreciate their valuable work. Thank you, Javas'!

"Have been using Java's Compost for nearly over 3 years and I cannot praise their service enough. I subscribed to a two week a bucket service and my regular garbage has reduced to only about one 32 gallons per two weeks. Java's Compost service is easy, simple but effective. I just needed to leave the full bucket outside and then they will collect and leave me a clean bucket. Every year I get a bag of fertilizer from them for my garden. I have to say l 💕 Java's Compost and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation!"

Java's are a wonderful business and a critical resource. We have used them for several years and taken part in their compost-return scheme, which our plants also loved. We are soon to leave the US for the UK and have extra food waste connected to the move. Not only are Java's accommodating us with an extra pick up, they are even supplying an extra bin and waiting for us to fill it. Fantastic service and a great brand and vibe which i think emanates from the founders.
