If I could, I would give Doug five stars for rudeness, but unfortunately, zero stars for customer service. He was extremely rude from the start, using foul language before we even had a chance to speak. This kind of behavior was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone after my experience.

Doug and JD Tractor Stuff kills it on price and customer service. I saved $1.2K on a new BUSH HOG HDTH8 Finish Mower. They charged me a nominal fee for freight and delivered to my farm. All good! I’ll reach out to Doug again for my tractor needs. There are closer businesses, but JD Tractor Stuff smoked then all. 😊

Ordered OEM Kawasaki tune up parts. All parts were in Kawasaki packaging and all parts had Kawasaki labels. The air filters had the proper prefilters and metal mesh. Prices were better than Amazon and WAY better than dealer. Order arrived quick. Added website to favorites.

First time customer, I will be back for tractor and skid steer attachments. I purchased a set of skid steer forks, very well made/heavy duty. Great customer service from the sales guy & the lady in the office. Great selection, they took the time to ride around the property and show me everything they have to offer and made calls to get quotes on trailers they didn’t have on site! Fantastic first impression!

Great place nomatter how far you need to drive, it will defently be worth it. Got my business now and in the future Update, sales as described but the Service department and after sales really leave a lot to be desired! Now rather unhappy I spent the money with them and doubt that I will spend any in the future!

Went by looking for a cab tractor not really knowing what size I needed. The staff asked some questions and we talked about my needs. When finished we had the size tractor and bushhog plus a couple attachments figured out. We talked about financing and was gave some options. The deal was made in a very short time. When I left I didn't feel over sold and to this day feel happy with my decision. Service even after a year has great. I totally suggest JD Tractor!!

Purchased a 84” Bush Hog tiller from Doug, he had the best pricing. Gearbox went out first time I used it, was just bad from factory. Doug had a new gearbox on it and back to me within a couple days, no questions asked. Would gladly do business again.
