As someone who used to be a long time employee of Jeans Warehouse I understand when we have good days and bad days. But you never take your bad days out on customers, or on anyone for that matter. Firstly, I know you are supposed to be greeting everyone that comes through the door, no one is being greeted. Secondly, i go to try on 2 items. There are 2 sales just standing talking stories, and i was just waiting patiently cause I know that sometimes the last bit of the story you gotta get to, i know how it is. None of them are wearing their name tags. One of the girls says “Oh she’ll help you” then the other one just looks at me so i said “Oh i’m just gonna try 2 on” and I showed her what I’m holding. This chick looks me up and down, rolls her eyes, and grabs a lable with the number 2 just struts off, so i follow her, puts it on a door and opens the dressing room. Then is all huffy and puffy so I slammed the door. My mom was standing at the entrance of the dressing room waiting for me and said Ms Girl was giving everyone attitude and everyone was taken aback by it too. Had another family that was wanting to try on she did the same thing, mama bear was like “um hello?” And everytime I come into one of these I’m always patient and understanding, because like I said I was an employee here for 2+ years. But having a bad day, should now mean you go and ruin someone elses, that doesn’t make you pretty, or cool, or a fun person to be around.

I’ve wrote a review before. And this is because a lot of their workers don’t know what customer service is. They don’t greet you. They don’t even say Hi when they past you multiple times and they follow you like you’re stealing. I had called the main office months before when I had a horrible experience and from then customer service gotten better. But TODAY was not it. No one acknowledge you when you come in. There’s this girl in the fitting room who passed me 3 times and not once ask if I'm doing ok. She even looked at me with an irritated face which made me irritated. 😠 Then another girl was following me in the back probably because I had my Puakenikeni aloha bag with me. And that’s because I have everything from just getting off of work. Smh. Way to make people that work in the same mall as you feel like a thief and no Aloha whatsoever!

The cashier was rude at this location. She’s the only one that never smiled and seems like she didn’t want to be there. All the other employees on the floor were alright. When my daughter went to use her CC to pay, the cashier rudely asked for the owner of the CC, not believing it was hers. My daughter showed her ID to prove it was her CC. Not once did she ask anyone else before my daughter to show an ID. She didn’t even ask the next person to verify ID when using her CC. I’d rather shop at the other Jeans Warehouse than this location.

The customer service here is horrible. The cashier that served us was rude, didn't smile and forced our bag to fit under the plastic divider on the counter instead of handing it to us on the side.
This isn't my first time here at this jeans warehouse, it's quite often that these ladies are so rude every time I come here. I finally gave in to leave a review in hopes they do something about it.

Good place for cute and comfy casual wear and priced well too. However, the racks are packed too tightly that it's really hard to take out clothes from the rack and see them better. If this was fixed it would improve every shopper's experience. Because I had time to shop that day it's fine but it made browsing time consuming and a little frustrating.

The employees seemed nice but it felt like they really watch you for theft prevention. Like they size you up to see if you're likely a shop lifter or something. I get it, maybe they get a lot of shop lifters in this store, but it's a little too obvious and the feeling of being watched made it uneasy to shop.

Regardless of this I probably will be back for some tops and a summer dress because they have good sizes for my body type.

I absolutely love Jeans Wearhouse, especially this specific location. In my opinion it has the nicest employees & looks the nicest. Also has more inventory! I go here a few times a week for the cutest clothes! Good quality & doesn't break the bank! Not to mention the scrubs! I'm a CNA & I just love the selection of scrubs they have here! I highly recommend this shop! I can't say enough good things about it!!

I came to shop for some outfits for the upcoming Friday night and Valentine's weekend. It was about 8pm on 02/11/2021. As soon as my sister and I walked in, an employee in a skirt began following us from the very first section to the right of the store. I felt very uncomfortable. I can understand because we weren't dressed up, but we only came to the mall to get some cute new outfits. We were followed the entire time and watched. I was asked if I needed help a total of 4 times and we didn't even finish one side of the store yet. The employee didn't even try to hide that she was watching me. Despite me walking straight up to her and asking for a top on display, we were still being watched. My sister and I spent over $100 here but would've spent more if we didn't feel so uncomfortable. I think I'd rather shop online if it means avoiding potential harassment from the employees.

Of all the years I have shopped here, this past Tuesday was the first time I felt I had the best customer experience ever. Marjorie was so helpful and patient. She was able to help me with the colors I needed and find sandals that would feel most comfortable while matching the outfit we picked out. Thank you, thank you so much!!
