Jessie Mo’s Bakery is an absolute treasure in our community! Every week, Jessie bakes the most delicious breads and a variety of other treats, and sells them to the neighborhood for one special day. The quality of her products is consistently outstanding, with each loaf of bread perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Her pastries and other baked goods are equally delightful, always fresh and full of flavor.
What makes Jessie Mo’s Bakery even more special is Jessie’s commitment to the community. She brings neighbors together, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere every week. It’s a highlight of our week to stop by, chat with Jessie, and pick up our favorite goodies. If you haven’t tried her bread yet, you’re truly missing out on a local gem!

A Slice Above the Rest - But Let It Breathe, Please!
This baker’s sourdough is spectacular: perfectly tangy with a gorgeous looking crust, The flavored versions are genius too: rosemary, garlic, poblano, pesto, whatever the twist, it's always just enough to shine without taking over.

One downside: the loaves are often bagged too soon, and that gorgeous, bakery-window crust? It turns soft and soggy from trapped steam. The crust is half the joy of a beautifully baked sourdough, don't rob it of it's crunch!

I've had two loaves of her regular sourdough loaves and both were absolutely amazing - I cannot recommend her bread more! I even turned 2 of my friends on to her bread it is that good. I'm excited to try her cookies next!

Awesome local baker right in RSM! Picks up every Thursday. Easy to order - it's all done online. Highly recommend joining her mailing list to be notified as soon as ordering is available. Plain Sourdough is excellent and goes fast!
