Great spot for craft supplies, but the bathrooms are always disgusting. I have three small children so we sometimes have to go potty when we are out, and these bathrooms always look like they have not been cleaned for months and rarely have soap in them. Grosses me out for my children’s sake, but also to imagine employees touching everything with unwashed hands.

This store is a major disappointment. I have ordered for pick up twice now, and both times turned out bad. The first time, I got an alert that my order was ready. Went to pick it up, and they said that it's not ready. The person who puts the orders together is on lunch. The second time, I got an email and text, and the app said my order was ready for pick up. Only to find out they don't have an order for me. They said it was canceled. They kept saying I should have an email that it was canceled, but I do not. I asked to speak to the manager. To my disappointment, I was talking to the manager. I definitely won't come back to this store. Now I have to make sure I'm not going to get charged.

I needed a small piece of fabric to use as a dust cover for a piece of equipment. I don't know anything about fabric. I asked a person who was working there named Janetta for some help since they have about 1,000 different fabric choices. She acted like she didn't have time for me, even though I was the only customer in the store. On top of that, she was extremely RUDE and totally humorless. Not my idea of "customer service". I rarely need a fabric store, but next time I do, I'll be looking elsewhere.

They only carry low toedi quality fabrics and cater to the home do it yourselfer.

One of my wife's & daughter's favorite stores! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always seem to have the items we are looking for, no matter how obscure. Clean and well stocked every time we visit.

Edward is a really nice cashier! Great selection of decorative paper (pretty much the only thing I ever buy at Joann). Well organized, quiet store.
