Do not recommend these company's products bellow human grade!! THEIR YOGURT full of mould and farren objects, will not feed my dog with that. Does NOT worth even one-1 star! bough FRESH yogurt that was just brought to the store, while opening to eat I discovered farren objects and mould true out the jar. contacted Johanna manager who promised immediate care, I sent them the product waited 7 weeks for answer, they offered $20- compensation that never came! NOT RECOMMENDING THIS GARBAGE be careful using their products.

I'm really amazed at the bad reviews. I've been here too many times to count at this point but my experience is always a great one. The gentlemen in the shipping office are always professional and friendly. Instructions are always clear and my loading process goes quick and smooth. Here today 12/23/24 and nothing is different from my other visits. Thanks guys for your dedication and hard work. Enjoy your Christmas. 2025 is on its way!

I'm sure the workers have warm shit for lunch, that's what they look like. I've been standing there for 7 hours already, I won't make it to the delivery. The only amenities are a dirty toilet outside. It's a disgrace.

Hours of operation says open 24 hours every day on website. Got there to pick up load around 4 pm on Saturday. Guard said they all left at 3:00pm. Unable to get load. Poor business. The website also says parking onsite which was a lie too. Had to drive 20-30 miles to a truck stop. Company has emailed about rescheduling but no answer yet.

We had a 3.00 o'clock app they told us to wait they will call two hours went by then another finally got a door at six o'clock they are so slow like a snail 🐌 pack a lunch we came early doesn't matter you are going to wait and no bathroom they have out houses Gross 🤢 very very disappointed I won't be back it's a big place lots of space I don't get why they're so slow it's 7 o'clock still here been here for about 5 hours now got here at two my appointment was for 3

I wouldn't disregard the negative reviews but I had a good experience. Came for juice, arrived 1600 for a 2000 appt and got a dock within 20-30mins. Loaded in a little over an hour. It's now 1800 and I'm loaded with paperwork. Overnight parking in the far southwest trailer lot.
Lots of signs and warnings: do not clean trailers on property. Trailers coming in to be loaded must be clean before arrival. Pets are supposed to stay in the truck but I noted a dog walk area right outside the shipping office. No restrooms, just porta's.

I showed up at 345pm for a 4pm appointment. Need PO# at the gate. Mine started with a 087. Sent to juice shipping office.

Quick ✅ in. Given a door right away. My load was a smoothie load. Sent to the smoothie shipping side. Backed into the door. Plenty of room on the smoothie shipping side. The juice shipping side looked a little tight. ( There were several dropped tanks in the area that seemed to impede progress.)

Once I got into the door, checked in again at the smoothie shipping office to let them know I was there. Quick load. Forklift operator came out to let me know I was complete. Went into the smoothie shipping office to sign the bills. Paperwork in hand at 538pm.

All of the staff that I interacted with were cool.

I always deal with the same people, and as in many other places, people have some good days and some bad ones.
People here are very efficient and well manner for the most part. The premises are clean, but as always, some of the drivers gotta messed it up for everyone else. For example, the restrooms... some people leave plastic bottles that they used, God knows what for, and water all over the place like if they go in there to shower.
