My first time trying Jollibee,
The service was good. The food. Nahh.
I couldn’t eat it chicken was tender cooked through but flavor wise not for me.
The pineapple drink a bit sweet for my liking.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the size of the chicken in the 6-piece bucket I purchased recently. As a regular customer who buys from Jollibee almost every week, I’ve noticed a significant change in the size of the chicken pieces this time. Every single piece in the bucket was noticeably smaller than usual, to the point that they were barely larger than a peach mango pie.

When I inquired about this issue at the branch, the staff insisted that this was the normal size. However, I am very familiar with the typical portion size, and it was clear that these pieces were much smaller than what I’ve received in the past. I’ve even taken a picture comparing the chicken to the peach mango pie for reference.

Their chicken is not salty and juicy. Chicken sandwiches, mango pies, all of them are so good, and my favorite is spaghetti. Simple is the best. Journal Square Jolibee is always crowded, so I recommend you order an app and pick it up.

Denise the Cashier and Julieta is very nice and accommodating. They greet me nicely when i walked in, asking me is i'm doing alright. Julieta seems to be a hardworking lady, she always make sure tables are clean for the next dined in customers.

However, I noticed that many staff members were just standing around while only a few were working hard to serve customers. The managers or heads did not assist the front-line staff; instead, they were just talking. It would be much better if the team worked together to reduce customer wait times.

They know they can be slow at times when serving food. They genuinely trying to get better at that. Even if it takes a while to get served. The staff are very nice and will take care of you whenever you need.
