Josh sprays for ants at our place on a monthly schedule, but he also has gotten rid of bees and gophers for us. Whenever we encountered pests (the animal kind!) we know he is our man. He is very personable, professional and reasonably priced.

Hired Josh to spray for ants. He offers different services for that and we chose the 1-time only service, with a 60-day warranty. After 3-1/2 weeks we still noticed a few ants in baths and kitchen. Josh came back out and re-sprayed, under the warranty. Josh is very conscientious, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend him and I will soon be hiring him again for other services. Totally trustworthy!

We had Josh come for a rodent issue. He inspected, did work to keep the rodents out of the house and came back to collect carcasses. But that did not keep the rodents out of the house. Just over the 60 day guarantee mark, the rodents were back in. So we ended up calling a company that only deals with rodents.

Josh Cabrera Pest Control Service is very professional. I was impressed with the inspection of my home, Josh was very knowledgeable in finding termite damage, pointing it out and explaining it. He returned, as scheduled, to treat areas that he had found infested and to repair wood fascia that had been damaged by termites. Excellent work, I highly recommend Josh Cabrera for pest control services. Nice guy, too. I had used one of the ‘national big name’ pest companies in the past and found them lacking in detail but even higher in price. I will stay with Josh Cabrera’s Pest Control Service for all such needs.

I get a monthly service for general pest protection. Josh is easy to communicate with and Oscar is friendly and helpful when he comes to perform the service. I like that I get the same employee every month doing the treatment. Josh is quick to respond and act if I have any issues.
