I picked up a truck load here. I arrived an hour and a half early for my appointment. Loading did not begin until a 1/2 hour passed my appointment time. Loading wasn’t completed until 3 1/2 hours past my appointment time. The dock workers barely spoke English and could not communicate what happened to my load straps that were in the trailer when I backed into their dock. I searched their dock and could not find them. No one could confirm how much the load weighed. And when the loader was done loading me I wasn’t told for over 30 minutes. Finally someone came out and let me know. Total time spent on the property was 6 hours. I do not recommend picking up a load from here. It is a waste of time, there’s zero respect for your equipment and they cannot effectively communicate.

We really enjoy Jyoti products. We mostly buy the heat-and-eat canned recipes and legumes in pouches. They provide a quick and healthy meal for the family when no one can cook. It is especially welcome for breakfast when we are in a hurry. We just add anything leftover in the fridge and make some quick roti and eat! We order them and have the shipped via trans-shipper because we live in Central America and can't buy them here.

Love Jyoti foods, and ordering online is so easy, since they are not in every local grocery store. They ship so fast, and also package everything in a way that nothing comes damaged. The Chana Masala sauce is so good. Additionally, their prices are so reasonable. Can’t say enough great things about Jyoti.

I order online because my grocery does not carry Jyoti. I love that the ingredients and descriptions of products are thorough and easy to read and find on the website. Everything I try has been amazing. They wrap the products super well for shipping, with all recyclable cardboard, and it's worth it to me to pay a little extra for that.

I've only ever had one problem, and everyone was so kind about it, that I only mention it to say that the people here are just top notch. I recommend Jyoti to all my friends who come to eat with me or express interest in trying Indian cuisine.

Jyoti Basmati rice is the best we've ever had. We used to buy it from our local grocery story but they stopped carrying it. It's good to know we can buy it directly from Jyoti.

We love Jyoti foods! This very friendly small business is so nice to support. Their service is outstanding and the products that are designed by the nutritionists who run this small business. It is clear that they are passionate about supporting healthy vegetarian living and use high quality ingredients. We can taste the difference! We stay stocked up on these delicious and easy to heat and serve food packets. We eat side Jyoti dishes regularly throughout the week to enhance garden fresh plant-based main dishes. We especially love the quinoa as it makes it so easy to add a balanced protein to any meal. We love the hummus too for a convenient road trip snack. I sent a case to family members last month when they needed vegetarian meals while their kitchen was being remodeled and they were so thrilled and appreciative! The ready to eat food packets are also great to donate the local free food pantry to help support good nutrition for community members who are experiencing homelessness or food insecurity.
