We helped out here on a Saturday, and learned so much about native and non native plants, as well as regenerative agriculture. Paul is so knowledgeable, and we were able to sample several fruits we've never tried before. We helped harvest several plants, cleared the space around some trees, mulched, and dug up an invasive yam. Other places like this would charge for the experience, but this is free for anyone who wants to come learn and help out. What a wonderful experience!

The Kaua’i food forest is a living Laboratory for regenerative agriculture, it is also a living seed bank for the community. The food forest is open for volunteers Saturdays 9-5 with a potluck lunch around 1.
Bring some water and clothes that will keep the bugs off you.
