I hands down think that Kauai Island Brewing Company was the best place I ate at during my time on Kauai. We were heading out of Waimea Canyon State park and got hungry for lunch so we decided to stop here on our way back.

Came at around 1 PM on Christmas Eve and they were a little busy and there was about a 10 minute wait for a table. We were seated in about that time. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive to our table. I started out with a basket of fries and Calamari as an appetizer. Oh my word, the fries were out of this world. They’re hand-cut which was a huge surprise, they were fried to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The calamari was also good.

I then got the 2 beef sliders as my meal (with more fries lol). Overall, they were good! The meat was cooked well, the buns were soft and tasted good. And again, fries, mouth watering.

Overall, this was easily my favorite spot we ate at on Kauai. If you’re passing through Eleele looking for a cool lunch spot, Kauai Island brewing is a winner! I will easily come back.

Classic brewery experience! Bellying up the bar was great, outside seating felt a little lacking in atmosphere. Good beers, nice servers. The crab cakes were amazing!

Great tasting food and beer! The service was a little unwelcoming or it seemed like the girl bartender was getting annoyed each time we tried ordering anything but then would be nice to the people sitting next to us. Highly recommend trying their kalua pork sliders, the lumpia, and the ahi!

Nice little place across the street from the Kauai Chocolate Company. Had grilled fish tacos, battered fish tacos, cheeseburger, Kalua pork loco moco, kids grilled cheese and kids quesadilla. Fries and onion rings are made from scratch. Would return to eat here again.

If you are desperate, and it's somewhat late...come here. Beer is ok but the food is terrible. Worst taco we've had, like ever, the tortilla was stale and semi hard like, probably sat out for a day or so, John Taffer would have a heartache, the cook probably found under a lost plate. The loco moco was mediocre, any local would say so, patty was plain and the gravy was, well, not sure if you can call it that...the cook likely gave up in the middle of service cause he is under paid. The bright side was the kido that sat us down was cool and willing to listen to bad dad jokes. No it wasn't busy

The food and drinks were great! The service was super slow... food and drinks were basically tossed on our table as our server walked by without stopping to see if we needed anything else. It was our second time there, so overall worth going!

The food was ok, nothing special. I tried a crispy chicken sandwich with an upgrade to onion rings, and my husband had the fish tacos. The upgrade to onion rings really wasn't worth it, I think I got 5 onion rings. A couple of the beers were good, but the others were just ok. The server was nice, but the service was very slow.
