I went on Saturday to buy my husband his gift and it was closed at 11:00 am if it closed on Saturday they should say it on the website

If you want to work with great people, go here. My fiance and I came rumbling into town with engine troubles. Hundreds of miles away from home and knowing no one. Brent and his friend did everything they could to help us. He switched out spark plugs and a coil. When that failed, he even drove us to the rental car place and got the vehicle to a mechanic. He refused payment even though he had given us hours of his time. It is people like Brent that will remind you that there is still good in this world.

You will most likely find what you are looking for and staff is friendly and helpful BUT everything is extremely expensive 2 2ga battery terminals and 1 copper 1/2 inch ring 37.41

Went in to buy some new Red Wings a few weeks ago, four people working, one customer besides myself, they helped him but not myself. After 5-10 minutes of standing there, I asked a middle aged white guy behind the desk if they sold Levi's (cuz I saw leather belts, so they might have jeans too for all I know), and without even looking up or acknowledging me as a human he just grunted "No, Carhartt." So I went and stood next to the Red Wings for 5 more minutes, 4 employees talking and laughing and helping NOBODY. Mind you, they only have the display shoe, so it's not like I could just grab a size 13 and go pay for it. I needed their help, and they never offered it. So I walked the eff out, and I'll never patron this establishment again. Now that was the first time in the El Centro location, but I've bought a few pairs at the Brawley location. But never again. If you want to be blatantly ignored, shop here.

If you need help, Brent will hook you up, he wasn't even able to fix my particular issue but managed to call up to six people to find the things that I needed to help me get on my way! Saved my desert trip!

Great location for any rentals and all sales of items also has all Red Wings boots very helpful staff will always be go to location

My low rating is based on lack of follow through and performance. My organization ordered 13 industrial size umbrellas that were supposed to arrive on 9/17/2019. Now, I am being told that it's going to take a couple more days.
