Great selection and always friendly staff. Their new greenhouse is HUGE. The best selection of fairy garden supplies we have found in the area. The events they put on are awesome too! The annual Kid’s planting day in the spring is always a hit.

Hi, I went to Ken’s Garden Supply this year for my seed potato and a few o the plants to finish my garden. They were great!!! The selection was outstanding and would recommend them to everyone. This week I will be getting my garlic seed for next years crop at Ken’s Garden Supply

Best place in the valley for supplies. They have a good variety of seed starting supplies, soil amendments, gifts and plants. We are very impressed. We called to see if they carried a brand of boxed fertilizers and they texted back a photo of everything they had. Got to say that impressed us but they really have great in person customer service as well. Best we’ve seen anywhere for a very long time. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer. Thank you Ken’s Garden Supply! The valley really needs you.

Bought two hanging baskets on Memorial Day and they are both dying/dead one month later. Cared for appropriately. Really disappointed. My other baskets bought elsewhere are thriving and doing well.

Stopped in for Xmas tree and I also just needed to get a small pot to repot poinsettia and she just gave me a pot and said don't worry about about it. Thank you so much for old school Customer Service!!!! Looking forward to seeing you in the spring.

I have NEVER experienced such poor and rude customer service from employee to the owner. Me and my daughter signed up for a gardening class. My daughter doesn’t garden so was simply there to spend time. When I bought the tickets they said it was no problem to team up on the class. Upon arrival the greeter asked multiple times who approved us both to the extent my daughter felt uncomfortable and went to leave. When she got in the car her alarm went off. She was accused by staff of purposefully laying on the horn as she was disabling the alarm. Both of us ended up leaving. Called the owner who provided a refund but was extremely rude. Parking was confusing. Staff yelled at multiple class-goers.

Won’t ever go back.

This is an update from my post earlier this week. The owner stopped by our house this morning and explained how their new employee made mistakes in the planting. They offered a full refund for the tree and planting. Although I would not accept the refund (the tree is beautiful) I very much appreciated their outreach offer. Thank you Ken’s.
