DO NOT ORDER FROM. This is hands down the most incompetent nursery I have ever dealt with. I would not wish this nursery on my worst enemy. Time and time again we have gotten delays, "loss in plants in production" (being told this on ship dates), and horrible customer service. Knox has disappointed me in the way they handle their business, their professionalism, and just all around work ethic. They had no problem in collecting my thousands and thousands of dollars. However, when it was time to deliver they always fell short with no remorse. They have some serious work to do in plugs and liners if they would like to stay operational. Get better, please.

This is a 5 star recommendation. I am so impressed with this nursery and the quality of plants they deliver. I ordered flats of plugs of salvia, dianthus, blue fescue and euphorbia to be shipped to the Pacific Northwest between March and May. Given they were coming over 3000 miles, I expected some die off and more than a few stressed plants. I was delighted to see at least 95% healthy, still moist, little plugs. The euphorbia were most affected by the shipping losing a number of plants but the rest have thrived. The key is to unbox and transplant immediately. I would not have gone with a mail-order nursery except for Covid-19 but will absolutely buy from them again in the future. Great products, instant email responses to questions and incredibly good prices.

Drove out on a Saturday and before 3p they have the gate closed. Hours on website state 4p but hey that fine. Last time we bother making the attempt, we'll stick to Lukas who is open until 6 and has a friendly staff. Knox is more interested in wholesale anyways.
