Ordering off the Kohala food hub is so easy I can’t believe I didn’t start doing it sooner! If you live on big island I would highly recommend placing an order even if you don’t live in Kohala. They deliver to several locations around waikaloa and Waimea so even if you have to drive from kona it’s well worth it. They have great prices and a better selection of local products than anywhere else on island. I’m grateful to have the hub as a dependable resource for getting high quality locally grown products. As a chef it’s a one stop shop to get everything from rainbow carrots to ribeye. -Chef Dray Wilson

The best way to shop for groceries in Kohala! We order 90% of our food from here now - meats, fish, cheese, fruits and veggies, plus they have bread, chocolate, chips, snacks and other treats. Love that they offer $5 delivery as well, making mom life much easier in a town with hardly any delivery services. Could not recommend more for supporting local farmers, producers and makers. The quality is top notch, making it so easy to nourish my family with the freshest, most nutritious food. Thank you Kohala Food Hub!!

Gifts, jams, chocolates, nuts, meats, fish, and so many great items I can not even name them all.
I can not say enough good things about this excellent service.

We love Kohala Food Hub!!! Our family orders the majority of our groceries weekly now from the online marketplace. The selection of FRESH local products, such as all the local produce, meats, cheeses, fish and eggs is truly unmatched on the island. Also, we find that many items are actually cheaper than at the actual grocery store, not to mention fresher (harvested the day before purchase), and a much better selection than most of the big box grocery stores on island. The convenience of doorstep delivery is a huge plus for us as well being busy working parents. The Food Hub's mission to build a more resilient, localized food economy and support our local farmers & producers, plus giving backyard growers a place to market their produce, is SO essential! Hawai'i island needs to become more food secure, and this is a great way to make that happen. We need more food hubs nation wide! Thank you Kohala Food Hub for all that you do.

The Kohala Food Hub is fabulous! My husband and I visit the area every winter, and stay in vacation rentals with kitchens. This year we discovered the KFH and have gotten the most delicious vegetables and fruit. It is in a whole different league than the produce we can get on the mainland. What a joy!

Big mahalos today for my beautiful produce bag. I am so thrilled with my order this week! I am scarfing cherry tomatoes as we speak! When I see all the bags of produce on the counter at the pickup, I am so proud of all my Waikoloa neighbors who are choosing to eat fresh from the ʻāina . And it's all due to your efforts! I love getting our bag of fresh, local produce each week! We joined the Kohala Food Hub in early 2020 and haven't looked back. The marketplace offers all sorts of goodies from Kohala - fruit, veggies, plant starts, honey, flowers, mac nuts, hot sauce, etc. Supporting local producers and eating super fresh food has never been easier.
