Excellent coffee and customer service! Although I am a novice to Kona coffee, I have tried coffee from over 15 farms in Kona now; often ordering several different types and roasts. One thing I've noticed and started asking before I purchase my Kona coffee now is how do you define your roasts. I personally prefer a medium between first and second crack (I believe this implies no oils on the beans). My dark roast I like after second crack (so oils are fine), but don't burn/char the beans! Raintree's roasts live up to those standards for me! Raintree might not have a blue ribbon yet. However, given the quality of Raintree's product compared to the price and quality of some blue ribbon Kona coffee's I've tried, and its hard to beat!
