Checked in 30 mins prior to my appointment @1700, i was stuck in traffic coming to this place about 2 and a half hour so plan accordingly.

The first (4) docks (dock 1-4) are for delivering/receiving and the last (2) docks (dock 5-6) at the end of the building - are for picking up/live load. Check ins for live load are by dock 5 and 6 (see pics)

Once you check in, they’ll give you a dock, pre-cool your refer -10 before showing up, open both doors, back in and dock, chock wheels and wait.

They’ll come out and lock your trailer air and once they are done with loading you they’ll come out and unlock trailer air, give you your paperwork plus put the seal on.

Staff was professional.

*** checked in early and got a dock right away. I was docked @1700 and they finally came out and gave me my paperwork 2130. Got stuck behind a fueling truck that was actively filling up a tank by the side of the building and was blocking the way out, at the same time another truck pulled up all the way in for dock 5. When I was able to finally get out it was 2230.

At the gate - press 13# for security BUT no one answered(multiple attempts). A guy was at the parking lot came and helped me and open the gate(#0124).

Don’t take exit 7, the Airway Road after one block from the facility is under construction and it’s closed, take exit 6 instead , Britannia Boulevard and continue on Airway Road where the facility entrance is. I pressed the Call button at the gate but nobody answered, and I had to wait until a local driver came in and gave me the code #0213, you can open it up with no problem because they will never open it up for you. You can check in right next to the 2 only docs they have. I got a day earlier and they denied taking me in. I got there at 1 PM at it was only one truck but when I came in back the next morning for my appointment time there was a lot of trucks and 2 dropped trailers and was really hard to dock. One of the most important thing when you come in then don’t break the seal cause your load will be rejected, wait at the dock with the closed doors for the facility employee to cut the seal. On your appointment day is first come first served. They unloaded me pretty quick, less than one hour plus I had to wait another hour for the dock door.

Great place to work. Very friendly coworkers for the most part. Bosses are generally nice people. The pay I believe starting off as a temporary employee is $18/hr if I’m not mistaken. Pretty easy to get hired on to the KraftHeinz family. Good benefits and yearly bonuses. Monthly “town hall” meetings so we can discuss different issues, celebrate team members, and prepare us for the future. They also generally have catering come once every month or two which is really great! I have been working at this company for two and a half years. If I can do it, anybody can. FYI ~ most of the workers speak Spanish and do not understand English ? I recommend anyone that needs a job to come apply with Rachel in the Select office or there is also Randstad and CorTech in there as well. Come get started today and become part of the KraftHeinz family.

No intercom service. Docks are tight. There were no obstacles in the way, and I was able to utilize all space available for the dock. Stick to appointments. There is no drive around. Staff was friendly, there was no bathroom for drivers, and the live load took 3 hours. Map the terrain before driving into the gate. Seem to have a lack of employees to assist shipping, receiving, and docks.

I don't know if you employ the woman who was stocking the oreos at the Aero Dr. WALMART today. She was extremely rude. My sister had her ESA dog with her and it barked at another dog wanting to play. 10-15 minutes later we end up in the aisle where she is stocking the oreos. She asked if that was the dog that barked. She said she didn't want to be around him after my sister confirmed he had barked. She informed her the dog wasn't barking at her and she still insisted she didn't want the dog near her. We are the customers of this store. We couldn't believe how she spoke to us. I don't think she had the right to say anything to us about the dog ( as another dog was coming into the aisle and I made sure to inform that customer to be wary of her if her dog barks!). I also informed a Walmart team leader of the incident and he agreed that she shouldn't have spoken to us in that manner.

Backing in to door's 5&6 is terrible please stop letting employees park in the 14 spots that are making backing a problem. Walked parking lot plenty of other parking for them. Simple solution if you care about driver safety/property damage. Thank you.

DO NOT BREAK THE SEAL. Enter through shipping/receiving entrance.
Enter 13# on the keypad. Give the security your info. Dock 1 & 2 for receiving. DO NOT BREAK THE SEAL.
Receiving hours 0700-1400. Check in 0915. Check out 1000. Quick unloading. Be careful docking. Some drivers have trouble but I found it quite easy.

To my legend drivers. You can deliver from 7 am - 4pm this is a drop and hook. We swap trailers for an empty there. This is an extremely tight lot. Id suggest to drive in all the way. .park . drop loaded. Connect to empty . get it out of lot or back into a dock . drop that empty. Connect back to loaded and drop it where that empty ur getting was. Then connect back to empty and leave. ( trailer swap) if someone is getting unloaded then be careful its way to tight in there to do this .
