Don't order from Krispie Kreme. They won't have it ready and when your Door Dasher tried to pick up, they ignore. They will NOT have all you items either. At least I still got paid for my time. Just feel sorry for the kid who wanted Harry Potter donuts 😭

It's sad that the employees that work here are so miserable. Went thru the drive thru this morning. Very un welcoming. The employee just said order when you're ready. I placed my order and was told to pull up. I was not given the total until I got to the Window. I was not greeted by the employee. I was given the total which was different from what my card was actually charged. Weird. When I received my order, the employee said nothing. There was not even a response when I thanked the employee. Please hire people who actually want to work at this place. Every time I go, everyone just seems miserable.

We got to Krispy Kreme just in time before the hot donuts sign shut off. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we got our free donuts. My wife didn’t know there was a Krispy Kreme in the area (she just moved down from Pennsylvania a month ago) and she was elated haha. We ordered a half dozen and they were so good they didn’t last 5 minutes.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life

We came in at 9:13 pm almost an hour before closing

apparently we inconvenienced them oridering 6 doughnuts. when my son asked for smores frozen late we were told its too late to make it... an hour before closing.

On my exit from the lobby, I noticed THC gummy wrappers on the counter.

We will never eat here again. Krispy Kreme fix yourselves!

Ask what time was the doughnuts made and the general manager says its made fresh daily. Everyone is aware they are made fresh daily and when with asking again the gm proceeded to get smart. If customer service not your thing then why apply for a job that revolves around customer service
