I appreciate the fact that the pickup service exists. And I appreciate that they are trying to make sure shelves are stocked. However. Having people restocking shelves AND having ten million giant pickup cart people working causes a lot of congestion on busy days. It's incredibly hard to navigate aisles with everyone everywhere and makes for a really frustrating shopping experience. I recommend extending hours at night for stockers or shoppers or providing sensory shopping hours because this is not ok.

I just want to say Ms. Connie and the customer care department are amazing. I have been struggling to find a specific laundry detergent due to back order issues. Ms Connie went out of her way to set aside 3 that came in for me and called to let me know. Thank you so much! You have no idea how much this meant to me!

Yesterday I had a wonderful experience at the meat department with an employee named Tanayia! My husband and I needed salmon bites and she personally made a batch for us with our favorite seasoning. She even gave us instructions on how to cook them which came out delicious! My husband loved them! If you ever need a selection of meat/seafood, definitely go see her. You can tell she loves what she does and is on top of things! Will definitely be coming back!

Went on day after Christmas. One of their employees let us in about 8 minutes early and said feel free to get what you need you just can’t check out until 7am. Note we didn’t ask to be let in. Once in the store we were rudely met by several staff saying we don’t open until 7.
Told them don’t worry we will take our business to Publix where their staff always makes customers feel welcome.

Let’s get right into it. The store layout is terrible. Products are just put on shelves not in a good order. They put fresh on food items .. but it’s not, it’s frozen and old. The bakery items are old and hard. The wings put out are not covered, and are by the restrooms so germs galore are in the air right by these open type bar items. This store has a great LACK OF MANAGEMENT. Whoever they are paying to have any type of order in this store needs to be fired. No baggers for your purchase you have to bag your own stuff. The produce is horrendous. I can’t believe how bad this store is, it’s a joke. No respect for the dollar.

We were told that we could pick up our three packs of Cokes owed to us after realizing they were not clipped onto our order after purchasing the buy two get three free packs. I called immediately afterwards and was told we could come back up there and get the cokes. We live across town and I explained that to the manager. She said it was not a big deal at all and just to come back. We come back after picking up our next order once getting paid again and was told basically that it never happened and they don't owe us anything. Even with the receipt number clearly showing the deal.

I'm 99.9% positive that Ava was the one that I spoke to however Ava is the one who told me she has no clue what I'm talking about and she can't give it to us now. Interesting?

Don't make promises to your customers and not fulfill the promise. Don't tell me it's not a big deal at all, that we can just come back next time and then not uphold your word.

I give Ava 1 star ⭐ I hope the Cokes owed to us were worth the bad review, girly!

Do your job!!!! Open registers with a cashier. I DO NOT WORK FOR YOU!!!! If i have to scan and bag my own groceries, give me a discount….prices have not changed for the better. What happened to customer service

After they charge your debit card for your groceries, they don't know anything else about your order and are unwilling to answer any questions. Expected better from Kroger's. Will just count this as my lesson learned.
