What a wondrous boutique Lady M is! Just moved back to California from New York City, thinking I’d never see Lady M again, but what a surprise finding our server Dan helping us find delicious Black Forest and Matcha crepes. Very friendly staff and impeccable decor.

We have a family visited from out of town and we want to bring them to experience the Lady M cake at Westfield Mall, expecting a delightful experience with their renowned mille crepes. However, my visit was marred by an incredibly rude employee.

From the moment I approached the counter, the employee greeted me with an unwelcoming, almost hostile attitude. I asked a simple question about the layers in their signature cake, and rather than providing information, the employee responded with a sharp, dismissive tone, making it clear they were not interested in helping. When I asked for further clarification, they rolled their eyes and sighed loudly, as if my questions were a personal inconvenience, yet we decided to bought 2 slices of cakes to tried it anyway, upon we sit down and unpack, the staff lady walk over and rudely said “don’t you know how to read the signs?” No outside food, and we proceeded to said “oh sorry, we only want to eat the cake we just bought from you, and put one of other treat back in the box, yet the lady staff still gave us a dirty look and walk back over to scream at us again, what is wrong with your staff? Didn’t she know how politely let your customers who just spend almost $30 for your cake,.

This behavior was not only unprofessional, it left a sour taste experience and embarrassment to my guests but also completely ruined what should have been a pleasant shopping experience. It's surprising for a store like Lady M, known for luxury and customer service, to have staff who behave this way. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated, this experience left me questioning whether I would return to your store or recommend it to other.

I urge Lady M to look into their staff training at this location because such behavior reflects poorly on the brand. There are plenty of other places in Westfield and San Jose area where customer service is prioritized over rudeness. I would think twice before visiting this outlet again unless there's a significant change in the staff's attitude.

P.S. we asked to speak to the manager on duty (male) he was pretty nice and polite and offer to refund but we refused, money is not a big factor but the way your staff treated customers was bad.

Lady M: A Mixed Bag of Sweets
Lady M, renowned for its exquisite mille-feuille, didn't disappoint with its chocolate pastry. The layers were flaky and buttery, perfectly complementing the rich chocolate filling. It was a decadent treat that satisfied my sweet tooth.
However, the Tiramisu was a bit underwhelming. While the coffee flavor was present, it lacked the intensity and creaminess I've come to expect from a classic Tiramisu. It was still enjoyable, but it didn't quite reach the heights of other versions I've tried.
Lastly, the Mont Blanc was a disappointment. It didn't compare to the Mont Blanc I've had at Angelina's. The chestnut cream was too sweet and lacked the complexity of flavors I've experienced before. While it was still a visually appealing dessert, it fell short in terms of taste.
Overall, Lady M is a great place to indulge in their signature mille-feuille. However, if you're seeking a truly exceptional Tiramisu or Mont Blanc, you might want to explore other options.

These cakes are like no other cake I’ve had before. All their cakes are stacks of thin layers of Crêpes with filling. Except their checkers cake which is more of a traditional cake style but layered with white and chocolate cake and covered in chocolate. All the cakes are delicately wonderful with all the layers of crêpes, cream, and chocolate that just melts in your mouth. I highly suggest eating the cakes with the fork straight into the cake or with a knife, otherwise if you try cutting into the cake with the fork sideways it will not cut through and spread outwards. They have a wide range of flavors and I each one was just as delicious as the other. A must try. The only downside of it they are a bit pricey but worth the price

Tasty, beautiful, atmospheric.... We were very happy to find these desserts! Very delicate dough and airy cream. Many different flavors and it is possible to buy a whole cake. Highly recommend!

Tried the Pistachio Crepe Cake at Lady M, and it was absolutely heavenly! The layers were delicate, creamy, and perfectly infused with the rich flavor of pistachios. The service was just as delightful—warm and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Loved the desserts at this place. The sesame flavor was unique and very delicious. It was amazing to have the crepe cakes, which just melted in our mouths. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Ironically, I don’t like their crepe cakes. Whatever the whipped cream flavoring is doesn’t sit well with my palette. However, their other cakes are tasty. The checkered and noisette cake are nicely balanced and flavorful.

Re: atmosphere, it has a bit of a sterile look… don’t love.
