Very disappointed in the beef we bought here. Purchased a side of beef, and most of the roasts and steaks were very gristly and stringy. And many cuts had way too much fat on them - most of which should have been trimmed better at butchering. Just made a "flank roast" the other night and it was impossible to chew.
We have been purchasing grass-fed beef from another site for 10-yrs and never had a problem. Thought we would try this place during COVID... big mistake!

Got eggs here for the first time, and I'm happy to say they are top notch, with super yellow/orange yolks. I compared the eggs here (#3 in the picture) to two other free-range/organic local eggs (#1 and #2). I'm sure a grocery store eggs would show an even greater difference. Definitely worth it!
