The place is just near the bus stop so I came here during my waiting. I ordered a coco champ and it was pretty good. The smoothie was completed in like 1 minute. Recommend.

Update: no longer offering gluten free granola, and quality seems to have gone downhill. My last smoothie was filled with unblended chunks, bowls aren’t reliably full, and ingredients don’t seem as high quality.
I appreciate they still have menu items on 10% off rotation, and loyalty rewards system.

Been a regular for over a decade! Love that the granola is gluten free, and the almond milk unsweetened. I customize with almond milk instead of apple juice, and they’ve always been happy to modify ($.50 upcharge.) Easy eating for someone vegan and gluten free. I miss run club, which used to leave from the store Wed nights. I met so many great friends there.
It can get very busy and loud, so beware if you’re sensitive to that. Order at counter and get lucky with a seat outside, or take away. The parking lot also gets very full.

Great smoothies and delicious bowls. The staff was friendly and explained what types of things that they offered. They were quick and everything was delicious and fresh. The location had the new coffee that they will be selling in the future available for samples. 🌺👍🏻

Great smoothies, I got the Java the Hut with vanilla protein powder and a banana bread. Staff are nice and service is fast, the smoothies fantastic.

Definitely pre-order on a weekend (long lines & wait), there's a wide variety of smoothies, they aren't too sweet, AND their smoothies come in compostable containers and (update) paper straws! They won a Green Business award too. 💚 You can custom everything (remove honey and add cacao? Sure) "From 'aina to opu" (land to stomach) - nothing not to love.

The smoothies are the best I have ever tasted! I feel like I am actually drinking the strawberries and not any added flavors.
I also got the pumpkin smoothie and felt like for the first time ever I have had an actual pumpkin smoothie. Delicious!

I have been coming to the smoothie location in Kailua for years. My boys and I enjoy their smoothies so much, and even though the prices have gone up, we have still continued to contribute to the business. I had my puppy who was sick at the vet I decided that I was starving and I would stop to get a smoothie on my way to pick up my children. I did not have time to drop my dog back off. I drove around the parking lot twice and couldn’t find a spot in their pick up locations in front of their store so I parked in the back of the parking lot pulled out my phone and tried to order online crashed two or three times while I was trying to check out in fact, I’m still trying to get a refund because I was charged twice. I decided I had to take my puppy with me because I didn’t feel comfortable leaving him in the car while he was not feeling well. He’s a 10 pound puppy and I realize that no dogs are allowed in the store but he’s also considered my emotional support dog, so unfortunately thought I would use that as an excuse to run in order and then wait outside. I did this and and after years of coming in for smoothies, I will not be going back to this location. When the man told me that was not allowed to have dogs inside, I said I completely understand. I tried to order on the website it didn’t work. I was just running into order and I would wait outside. He was not very kind. he looked away and was very rude and, not understanding at all of my situation which once again I understand, he didn’t know the entire story. I ordered and promptly went outside. my smoothie sat on the counter for a total of 10 minutes. Nobody came to tell me that it was ready. I could see it from the outside, but I wasn’t certain how to go in and get it because I didn’t want to make anybody mad again when I finally got somebody’s attention and pointed at the smoothie is that because I didn’t want to upset the man he looked away and didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. I opened the door and he started to tell me as I asked him about the smoothie that had been sitting there for roughly 8 to 10 minutes. He barked at me yes that’s your smoothie. I am shocked at the poor customer service and I’m sad to say that I will not visit this location again even though we live down the street. We were willing to pay the high prices for a local business that we really enjoyed unfortunately I won’t be using my hard earned money towards a smoothie in the middle of the day anymore for a place that treats their long time customers that way. I would prefer to go to another smoothie place down the street that has more of aloha spirit.
