Worst customer service for lawn equipment I’ve ever seen. I waited two months for a call back on my repair. They quote outrageous labor rates, then want an estimate fee to get your equipment returned. The shop is a mess and nobody has a clue.

For 27 years I bought all of my equipment from them as they would service it. However; now they have a 2-3 month wait list to service the stuff I bought from them. for me that means that they basically do not service what they sell anymore. I got a guy that just moved from the mainland to fix my machine last time and he was Still certified and applied for a job there and they told him they did not need help so I am guessing they just do not wish to service the stuff they sell anymore! The staff is nice but of limited help these days with repair.

They'll sell you anything you want. It's overpriced, but it's maui. Where they shine though, is poor estimates of time and cost, as well as customer service. My equipment has been with them for nearly two months. Promised back after one. When I checked on it after a month, I was told three more weeks. When I checked on it nearly a month later again, I was told it was still not on the bench, and called a liar when I asserted that I had been told 3 more weeks approx. a month prior. Been buying here 10 years or more. Will NOT be doing business again.

Honest! Year old premium Honda mower (HRX217HYA) would not start. Cleaned it all up, no clue what was jamming it. Took it for service to Lawn Equipment (no luck with Home Depot), first they told me it would take weeks, since just had to get in line with everyone else waiting on service, no guarantees. Within a day, got a call, just had to re-charge the battery. Paid like half the price of the service quote! Mower has been operational for over a year now no problems. Kudos.
