Excellent service from LBS, with Olivia being particularly helpful. She is always there to help and nothing is too much trouble. The goods were sent out the same day as I purchased them and were delivered the next day. Well wrapped too. Very impressed with company and service of staff. Nice to deal with a human!! I've been dealing with LBS for many years now and will continue to do so for many more.
Apart from their competitive prices and massive array of products, it's their understanding of urgency that keeps me as a customer. 9 times out of 10, when I order something, I needed it yesterday and LBS will do their best to bend time and space and get it delivered as fast as possible. Very, very rarely am I disappointed and its usually my own fault for leaving it so late.
Service is friendly, professional and accomodating making my day to day running of my own business that little bit easier.

I have been using LBS for many years and have always found their range of products to be outstanding. Their irrigation advice department it very useful and the staff there are helpful.

When ordering through accounts managers Beth and Mia, communication has always been swift and if there are delays then they let me know. I will add that the delays have not usually been LBS fault, but due to huge pressures on raw materials and shipping of goods in the last couple of years, so were to be expected and were industry wide!

An excellent company to deal with, and one that has the customers needs as a priority.
Contacts are always polite, courteous and responses are quick.
They consistently go the extra mile in their customer service, making sure you don't accidentally order to much, and let you know if seasonal products will be delivered after the prime selling time, rather than just taking your money and sending it after.
They keep you updated with potential delays and are on hand to suggest suitable alternatives, should a product be out of stock.
