Leahi Health is a delicious vegan spot with plenty of gluten free options that are safe for Celiacs! I ordered the Baja tacos on corn tortillas and rainbow salad bowl. Both were layered with flavor, satisfying, and hearty. I had been searching for good fresh food in Kauai, and Leahi Health is it! Gluten free options are very cleared marked, and I felt safe eating here.

My friends (not gluten free) loved their meals as well. This spot is takeaway, and we ate our meals outside on picnic tables. Highly recommend Leahi Health for a lunch or breakfast!

i had a beet poke bowl and a mango margarita.

It was the best vegan poke bowl I’ve ever had; to be honest, I’m not a big fan of vegan food, and most attempts to mimic fish often fall short, but this one made me feel like I was actually eating fish!!!

They have parking space - just let you know.

Not a vegan or vegetarian but wanted something healthier after 10 days of food truck fare. We both got the Baja bowl with tofu added. The portion was very large and the various items (chickpea, quinoa, black beans, tofu) made it very filling and satisfying. Really tasty. Are going back tomorrow before our flight to the mainland which doesn’t allow us to take back produce.

As a vegetarian (almost vegan) and this being my first visit in Kaua’i, I fell in love with the food that this place provides. A lot of vegan options that are scrumptious and healthy, while also satisfying my sweet tooth needs with their smoothies. There are a few picnic tables right next to the ordering area, which are shaded by trees so you wouldn’t have to worry about the heat. I went here during non-busy times (it was just me and my partner) and it was truly an amazing experience. I truly recommend visiting this place to support local and healthy foods!

We only eat at plant-based establishments & were thrilled to find this little gem after getting off a flight from SF. Down-home kinda vibe with extremely friendly service & nourishing vegan wraps / tacos / bowls. We had the breakfast tacos - which were loaded with fresh avocado & tofu on a thicker tortilla as well as the surfer bowl which was heavy & jammed with avocados, couscous, shredded cabbage & hummus. Delicious! We got smoothies & coffees to go as well, we will be returning during our visit, thanks, friends! 🌱

A super little place to get some smoothie refreshment! Personally picked up the King Health and it was wonderful! The tumeric had a spicy kick to the overall sweet and smooth green flavors. Will most definitely visit again!💚

Absolutely love this place and the owners. This is a family just providing some of the best veggie/vegan options in the area.

Being family owned means customer patience as there is only one person making the food as fast as they can. One of the owners said that eating the pita bread which is used to make the tacos was as if you were biting into a cloud. I chuckled inside, being Greek and having eaten my fair share of pita, I am happy to report he was absolutely right. The pita bread was amazing as were the combination of ingredients for the delicious Spinach Avocado Tacos!

I chased it with a Green Monsta smoothie that was the perfect filler for the rest of the day. There is parking in the back of the establishment and some seats to enjoy this incredible food right in front of the place. They do have a new website up and going and I encourage people to support this young couple.

Their mantra is #happytummieshappyfaces they certainly live up to it. I left with a happy tummy and a happy face!! There are a lot of plenty good health conscious options on the island, however this was one of the few that I noticed was 100% vegan. I had the Spinach Avocado Tacos and the Roots Rock smoothie. Both had great great flavors and were truly nourishing. Only thing I hoped for was a bit better service. The employee was very quiet and didn't seem to be happy to be there. Totally understand that may be the case, was just hoping for a more pleasant encounter. Still great food, definitely recommend.
