I’m not a healthy food expert but the taste from their smoothies to bowls and pitas are pretty healthy to me. I come here all the time and I love it. Cant find any good healthy food options or places that makes delicious drinks, but this place is a great option. Their tuna mock bowls serves up big portions of cabbage and kale, dressing is on point and avocado and mock tuna is Ono.

My favorite smoothie is their King Cure.

My recent favorite salad is their Beet Poke Salad. So delicious.

What an awesome place. I feel good after I eat here. Health food at a good price. Try the rainbow tacos and the jack Johnson smoothie. Their sauces there are what makes it great.

Amazing menu when you’re looking for healthy but filling options, we went twice in one week. We had the Baja Bowl, Surfer Bowl, Kale Avo Tacos, and Rainbow Bowl- all amazing!
Side note- there are several locations around the island; Manoa and Kailua both have several other food options within walking distance if some in your group want to try other things.
