This is the worst place to work. If you like working for a company where HR is no help, your work schedule is never consistent, and you will always be missing hours/money off of your paycheck after working long 12 hour shifts then work at Lear.You have been warned. The leaders are all on salary they care nothing about the hourly employees. At one time in my dept there were a total of 6 of us missing money off of our paycheck in the same week and we found out a salaried manager forgot to put our time. Hr never helped they refer you back to manager and they have no way of immediate fix you have to get the money on the next paycheck. My team leader told me out of his own mouth that this happens all the time at Lear. This place needs to be shut down. Run far away. This is modern day slavery. You will work hard and you will not get paid. Good luck paying your bills on time.

I received notice today that I am eligible for payment from a class action lawsuit suit for unpaid wages. Lear was screwing over thousands of peoples paychecks now they got to pay up. Feel free to look it up it’s public information.

It’s not about the people immediately in charge of my performance… it’s their bosses and lack of actual help I find. My team leads are abused, my managers don’t know what to do… this ‘CORPORATION’ sucks and I’m speaking up. Good luck to you guys trying to call HR and anyone else… it’s just they’re on vacation again.

Delivered and finally left. The reviews given by drivers are correct slow to dead. Receiving is nightmare if they will open door for you. Dropped trailers in entrance and exit an in front of docks

2:00am delivery, everyone sitting around not doing anything. Signed my paperwork with time out, even tho I'm still loaded. So, just sit in the door and wait.

Any rating above 3 stars for this company is not a real person. The nature of the work done at Lear is simply incompatible with more than 3 stars because this is not a job that anybody would actually want. People that work here have no other choice. This is even true for the managers and supervisors--they actually want to work at Mercedes. Lear wants to put 500 sets of seats together every 8 hours and they care about zero else. Workers are Cattle to Lear. Yeah, people get used to it but they don't like it. Also, a woman was shot to death while on the assembly line there. I promise you that management dropped the ball and failed to address or protect the people involved. Nobody should work a Lear without union representation.

There are only a couple of people here that are somewhat helpful. The rest, including all the yard dogs are, how should I put it? A-holes! If the shoe fits, wear it and wear it they do well!!!
