I’ve been participating in the CSA from Day 1 and it’s always such a joy to pick up our box and see the beautiful and lovingly grown local JC mushrooms. They are delicious and it’s so fun to find new ways to cook with them. So excited for Lifecap as they expand to tinctures and the additional work they are putting in to give back to the community with their rooftop garden. Beautiful, tasty and healthy for you mushrooms that are thoughtfully, lovingly and locally grown by people who care so much - does it get better than that? Trust me, if it can, Lifecap will find a way! Such a treasure to the community!
