Got the fried egg rolls, rainbow roll, and Mongolian beef. Servers were friendly and fast. Egg rolls were tasty, but hubby didn't care for the sauce. Sushi was fresh and tasty. Mongolian beef was tender and the veggies were grilled so added extra flavor. Thai tea was good. Now we'll go back to try the chicken. Good sushi spot. We'd recommend you stop by here

Absolutely blown away by this spot! For an upscale sushi restaurant, the value here is unbeatable. The salmon and tuna portions were impressively generous—fresh, thick cuts that melted in my mouth. I wasn’t expecting portion sizes like this at such a refined place, but they absolutely delivered.

While the sushi is the star, don’t skip the General Tsao’s chicken—crispy, perfectly sauced, and packed with flavor. The fried dumplings were also a standout—golden, juicy, and just the right amount of crunch.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, and a menu that delivers both quality and quantity. Can’t wait to come back!

Great service, atmosphere and food! Went here for anniversary and had an amazing dinner. There was no wait and staff is extremely attentive. The general tsao chicken had a pleasant amount of spice and all vegetables were extremely fresh. Highly recommend!

Best place for sushi in Eagle River by far and tastes better than some of the places we have tried in Anchorage. The Miso soup broth is incredibly flavorful. Will be back again and again!

Rolls were really good! Pictured are the smile, fireball, Alaskan, dancing eel, bomb, and spicy ebi. Just wasn’t a huge fan of the crispy garlic.

Great ambiance, service, and quality of food. The menu is extensive so I recommend reviewing it before arriving. It was very difficult making a choice. I decided to get the salmon and tuna poke bowl. I asked them to make it spicy…and it was SPICY 🌶️. I loved every single bite.

I came here with a group of ladies and we were all properly served and attended. There was never a comment of needing anything additional from the servers or staff.

I can’t wait to come back so I can try more things off their menu.

Their food seems to follow traditional recipes so it was really refreshing to experience.

Went in on a recommendation. Crab dip and Thai Tea, were very complex if you shush the fast food horror it took to get to Wasila. Soft , complex , but go slow. Hot and spicy soup was a dish worth being an entree! The Basil beef dinner ordered , first bite and I knew the umami was real. Other posters complained about it, unlikely they know what flavors a kitchen like this can make, usually only found in large lower 40. Was so good I ordered a Chicken LoMein. Ate that and left with sides to go. Properly full with service to die for, a clean beautiful restaurant and staff dressed to impress looking amazing. Ladies were smiles, cheer and attentive. Men were light hearted , polite and inviting.

Owner is a cool “Frankie” from the east coast. Say hi! I met him , you can tell he is here for you.

Now for those complaining about prices. HIS staff , facilities , building , the whole experience is worth it. If you think you need a value meal and $25 for a full dinner is too much, I can’t help you. Thank you Lime Leaf for a great experience I won’t forget during my visit in Alaska.

Lots of social media hype about this place so we added it to our list of places to try.
Menu prices are $5-15 more than other places selling similar food
I was thinking it was going to be more of a Thai place based on the name and pictures I've seen, but it's mostly sushi 🍣 and sashimi.
They do offer "dinner specials" for $25 which was good.
The miso, wonton and hot and sour soups they served with the specials were probably the best tasting part of the meals.
Served in delightful bowls that kept the soup warm for a while. That's important because no one likes cold soup. Very flavorful so I had high hopes for the rest of the meal.
In the very beginning the staff was extremely attentive and checked on us 3 times in the first couple minutes of getting our food. After that the waitress disappeared. (Turns out she left 🤷🏻‍♀️) The Sapporo on tap was light and a perfect drinking beer 🍻
$8 a glass, so a little on the steeper end for tap beers.
I chose the Panang Curry with California Roll special. The California roll was 4 bite sized pieces and I thought they were good. But very small. The curry was marked as "spicy" 🔥 on the menu but it was not at all spicy. They did not ask about spice level when we ordered. The curry sauce was creamy and sweet. Loaded with chicken that was very very tender. It wasn't until I was about 1/2 though that I realized there was zero vegetables in the curry. Traditionally Panang Curry is served with veggies and that's honestly my favorite part.
Word around the table was that the food was good but definitely didn't blow anyone away.
We walked away feeling like the prices did not reflect the quality of food. And we will likely not return.
The young man that was working that evening was very patient when taking our money. He had to sort out all our orders after our original waitress left for the night leaving a confusing mess.
The atmosphere was pleasant and the food arrived crazy fast.
It was surprisingly slow for 7pm dinner and we were there nearly 2 hours and only saw a few other tables being sat the whole time we were there. It would be a cozy little place for a date night.
