This was a nice area to go for walk in the forest. The trail is nice. There were plenty of flowers, birds and butterflies out in nature. They have bird houses to help birds nest so that is nice for God's lovely birds here. I saw cardinals, wrens, sparrows, blubirds and woodpeckers. I was sad to see the dead baby possum along the walking trail. You can come here from Langan Park which I like better.

Wonderful hiking trails and a great place for bird watching. My favorite place to see Indigo buntings, Eagles, Owls, Hawks, Turtles, Woodpeckers oh and Rose-breasted Grosbeaks.

I like that it's not all perfect and manicured and covered in signs like some nature walks. This trail feels like it actually belongs to nature.

It's beautiful and peaceful walk, but could use a bit of work to allow guests to guide themselves more easily. There are trails, but there is no trail map (I did end up finding one online later, but I'm not sure how up-to-date it is), so I had to just wander and see how it went. There were a few trails that didn't lead anywhere, and posts with arrows that didn't lead anywhere. I'm not sure if the trail just wasn't maintained in certain parts or not, so it was a little bit frustrating to figure my way around.
