What a delightful lady of warmth and smiles that make you feel like you're part of her ohana (Hawaiian for 'family')!!! The personnel is always courteous. I am not the kind of person who enjoys going out shopping. However, I love to visit Longs Drugs; besides the pharmacy, they have a wide variety of items for everyone and the store atmosphere is generally peaceful.

Overall this location is nice and kept together decently, however, today is the 2nd time I’ve driven over 30 minutes to get here only for their “passport photo camera” to be broken. I want to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s been extremely frustrating with this location to say the least. Decent place for everything else though.

Great place to get all your vaccines and shots. Patient and pharmacy coordination is wonderful and everything goes smoothly. The pharmacy staff is patient, caring, and understanding. Have had all the Covid, flu, pneumonia, and other shots here.

Visiting the Kaneohe Longs during my short visit back made me miss Longs in Northern California even more. Thank you for staying “local” and keeping the flavor of the old Longs. For those who think the CVS Longs doesn’t compare to how good the old Longs was, I used to think the same until I moved to the Bay Area. I feel so bad for CVS stores in the SF Bay Area dealing with all the theft and crime. It is pretty sad shopping anywhere here. I hope Hawaii stores continue to be successful and appreciate that you are still able to offer Hawaii customers good sale prices, well-stocked shelves, and local merchandise. And thank you to Kainoa for the outstanding customer service!
