They have two warehouses make sure you call before coming in to know where to go. If you go to warehouse 1 address 11130 Warland dr Cypress CA 90630 checkin in at gate with the intercom. Not a big place with a lot of docs, a little tight but doable.

Nice people, cruddy docks.

Make sure you are going to the RIGHT one as there are two warehouses, about 2 blocks apart.

Take your pick, warehouse 1 has a long line which can potentially see you having to back out of if you chose the wrong warehouse, as I did, OR warehouse 2 which was less busy but required a tight blindside to the dock, while dodging the dumpster.

Really great people though, had me loaded with 44k of dry food in less than 40 minutes.

I arrived to the vendor at 8:47 am with one truck in front of me. Three trucks arrived after me and was offloaded before my truck of course all men. Sexist and a macho mentality. There’s not even a working light in the women’s restroom. True facts!

Absolutely LOVE their Shahrzad Earl Grey Tea, but have been unable to find it in my area in Riverside, CA. I finally ran out of it about a year ago, so I both filled out the form on their webpage and called the company to inquire where it is sold, but my questions were left unanswered. I never received a reply to the contact form, and while someone picked up the phone the first time I called, I was told the person responsible for responding was out and I should call back at a certain time. I called back at the time indicated and no one picked up the phone. I had left my phone number too, but no one gave me a callback.

Go up
