Monday night around 7:40 I went to the seafood stall to buy shrimp at Lucky on Mckee street. I have been going to this market for over 10 years, but this is the first time I felt the sales staff gave me a very rude attitude, I could say it was racist towards Asians, and the customer standing next to me also had to exclaim that it was very rude because he thought I couldn't speak English. I asked the management to review the camera from 7:30 pm to 7:50 pm to take measures to educate their staff. I don't want to put the video I recorded here because I also want to give him a chance to change, but I will attach a photo as a warning.

Worst grocery store in the area. Produce is lackluster, prices are well above average due to location, and the customer service is non-existent.

Usually only 1 check out lane open, even when self check out is unavailable. The cashiers will literally not say a word to you for the entire duration of your checkout; not even an acknowledgment of your presence. Just an overall lack of care from staff. Would imagine that management is even worse given the lack of consequences for such terrible work ethic.

We used to go for the convenience of location at the bottom of the hill, but will go out of our way to avoid this store now.

Hands down one of the nicest Lucky stores. It’s a large store (compared to the closed one on Landess). Lots of variety, very clean and well stocked. Staff is very friendly. Lots of parking available. Lines can get long during peak times but they recently added self check out lanes which is a plus.

You are now loosing my business. Why are your prices so high! A bottle of Just cranberry was 15.00! Aussie Moist conditioner 9.99. It's not just these items. On average I spend 175 to 200 a week for just me. Health food mainly at a high price, Last week was 300 for me and a guest. Cereal 8 dollars. Not mention most of the produce is turning way past ripe. I see so much food with expiration dates that are with in a couple of days. Like cottage cheese and yogurt.

Always check the ex dates, OK rant over.

Never have the meat items that are on the 3-day sale. I go the first day of the sale and they are already out. They say come back the next day. But they don't have it that day either. Chicken? Nope. Pork? Nope 3 times now.

This place is a train wreck. I don't know what's going on - it was fine before - but I don't think I'm going back. It wasn't even that busy, but the lines were all backed up and nobody seemed to care. I went to the self checkout, scanned all my items and started to pay and got one of those "item removed from bagging area" errors. My payment went through, but it was blinking red and chiming. The checkout attendant was at the next station. After she finished there, I asked if there was anything she needed to look at. Didn't even respond - just walked away.
Whatever - I'm not wasting any more of time here.

I like shopping at this store. It's clean and employees are kind and helpful. This review is for the bakery. I called and ordered an 8"round birthday cake for my son. My daughter went in to pick it up and the clerk didn't open the cake to show her or give her a copy of the order ticket. When we opened the box to remove the cake for the celebration, I was shocked. Super disappointed and is the reason I will never order a cake there again.
