Jon and his team at Mach 1 Machinery have been amazing from the start. Our company purchased a Vac Trailer from him and we ran into some issues getting it titled here in CO at our DMV. After multiple visits, it became apparent we needed to send the original title back to Mach 1 to get it updated in CA before it could be express mailed back to CO. Jon kept me up to date on the situation and what was going on the whole time. Happy to report that after weeks of waiting, as of 8/14, the Vac Trailer is successfully street legal here in CO. Not an issue you typically think you would experience but super thankful to have experienced it with Mach 1 Machinery and Jon. Top notch service, definitely went above and beyond to get the resolution we needed. Will definitely be looking at purchasing more equipment from them in the future.

Overall a rough outcome.
I have the machine, and Mach 1 didn't not deliver a track loader for payment. Shipping was quick and communication was good. Machine condition was misrepresented. A lot of the track loader was hot wired together, bent, broken or incorrect components. Little things like missing weather stripping on an Erops cab, broken switches for accessories requiring full joystick replacement. Track condition represented as good, when actually in extremely poor condition. Active hydraulic leaks. Several thousand dollars and months of chasing gremlins things are mostly resolved. Jon Litsey is not so dishonest as to not deliver product, but I strongly recommend you personally inspect condition and functionality in person before hand to assess condition yourself. My mistake.

I began talking to Jon when I saw one of his machines, a Takeuchi TL130, on Facebook Marketplace. Jon was very responsive and answered all of my questions. A few things happened on my end and I was not able to buy the machine I was originally talking to him about. A few months later I recontacted him and ask if he still had the machine we were discussing. He told me it had sold but that he would look around for a machine in the size and weight I was looking for. Jon quickly found me two Bobcat T190s but after figuring some numbers with a finance company they just weren’t going to work. I told Jon that they wouldn’t work and I asked him if he had any Takeuchi’s as this is what I was really after. Jon told me he did not, but was in the works of acquiring one. When Jon got it, he sent me pictures and detailed to me the condition. He also gave me a price that I was agreeable to, pending it needing anything a other than a basic service and cleaning. Jon also found another finance company that was very easy to work with and get financing through. As Jon dug deeper he found the hydraulic pump needed to be replaced. Jon got a new one from Takeuchi and installed it. There was one other set back that prevented me from picking up the machine on the only day off I had that week and Jon said if he could not get my machine fixed, he would bring me a loaner until mine was done. Well, Jon delivered. On Easter morning Jon drove 2.5 hours to deliver my machine in great running order. I explained to Jon I needed to run my grapple bucket with the machine and upon delivery, discovered the quick connects did not work. Jon quickly got me the proper quick connects and shipped them to me just in time for my job. Jon went above and beyond to help me get a machine that would work for my budget and I. I will always look to Jon and Mach 1 Machinery for my next skid steer or any machinery when it comes time. Thanks again, Jon!
