We recently visited Maple Leaf Farm for their holiday Christmas decorations, and while the admission is a bit pricy, it was absolutely worth it once we got inside. The setup was stunning—clearly a lot of thought and effort went into creating such a magical experience.

The highlight of our visit was Santa. Our daughter has cried every year meeting Santa at the mall, but this year was completely different. The Santa at Maple Leaf was so loving, patient, and soft-spoken. He made her feel so comfortable that she actually spoke to Santa for the first time! It was a heartwarming experience we’ll always remember.

After spending just 10 minutes inside, we felt like we truly got our money’s worth. However, I have two small pieces of constructive feedback:
1. The staff member assisting with Santa photos was doing two jobs—taking the photos and printing them out. This made it hard for families to fully utilize his help since he was stretched so thin.
2. The last train of the day arrives just five minutes before the snack shop closes, which created chaos as over 25 people rushed to the counter all at once. Perhaps scheduling the last train to arrive earlier could help alleviate this.

Overall, Maple Leaf Farm did a fantastic job creating a magical holiday experience, and we’ll definitely be back next year. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a wonderful experience shopping at Maple Leaf Farms. Their items are consistently of excellent quality, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Whether it's fresh produce, everything is well-stocked and neatly organized. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for value and quality in one stop!

First time coming today for the Christmas walk through, what a beautiful display and reasonably priced, Santa was so kind and genuine to my girls. They also have unique indoor/outdoor decor you won't find elsewhere, we will be back ! Also their apple cider donuts are the best I've had

We LOVE Maple Leaf Farms! We came last year for our first visit last holiday season and decided to make this part of our family holiday tradition. The attention to detail, vintage displays and memorabilia are absolutely incredible. It feels like being back with your family at Christmastime. Thank you Maple Leaf Farms!

I placed an order for 5 yards of topsoil for lawn on 3/31/25. The delivery came at 8:00 AM sharp the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. But the soil was no more than some sort of clay mixed with what looks like 50% of sand, with little organic matter in it. The soil felt relatively easy to spread when moist due to the rain the night before, but became rock solid when dried up. And after another rain storm overnight, there were pebbles all over the place. I wonder how my new seeds are going to germinate and grow!

Buyer beware, especially if you’re making a long trip to visit this very higher-priced garden center.

The slogan “the prices are insane” is untrue, unless price gouging and surprise surcharges is the meaning.
They offer no warranty on high priced plants and accept no returns.
Whack! On top of it all, they add a surprise 3% credit card fee at check out. Whack!

My deeper experience:
I called Prior to confirm they had something I needed, and they bragged that their prices were at least 15% better than anywhere else.
Well, that was a lie; be prepared to see the same pricing on plants that you see anywhere else; from a premium nurseries to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

The only thing they have on sale are the arborvitae & a few other common & boring species, and this is risky, because they often don’t survive and this place gives you no guarantee.

They do not accept any returns, and their prices are as high as businesses that are located within New York City like Metropolitan nursery or upscale Cletus in New Jersey.

Good luck finding some help while you’re there, it’s not going to be easy as many of the people that work there are non-English speaking, or non-present.

The blonde elderly lady at the register is miserable; a complainer, likes to carelessly shrug her shoulders; above all, she’s condescending.
There are some nice people that work there, but as with any place, the negative people make everybody look bad.

Holy guacamole, where to begin. This place is absolutely huge! Parking was difficult to find on a Saturday morning, but we managed to snag a spot up close. Definitely grab a cart, you will need it. As you walk through the door you will find tons of outdoor decorations, almost overwhelming. Everything looks well made and reasonably priced. Make your way out back to the garden center for row upon row of fresh foliage. Everything here was also very well priced. We were able to snag a bunch of things for the fall season. Back inside there is a great canned food section with plenty of delicious items and even a cider donut are where you can watch them being made. Be sure to get some apple cider to go, it's delicious! Overall fantastic experience, will definitely be back for all of my garden center needs

Love this place. I shop for plants here. This year we went to their fall fest and it was great! Bull ride show, go cart race rides, farm animals, it was very complete and well worth it!!
