We're visiting from Seattle and stopped here to have a look at the General Store. Heather was absolutely amazing! She gave us the full history of the mill, the different grain processes and what each type of grits & cornmeal tastes like and the color and texture! We learned so much and are so happy we stopped! Thank you for such a memorable experience! Can't wait to try our goodies at home!

The menu features Southern classics like fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and collard greens. They also have a great selection of beers on tap and a full bar.

The atmosphere at Marsh Hen Mill is casual and relaxed. The dining room is spacious and there's a large outdoor patio with picnic tables. The service is friendly and attentive.

Awesome little stop and a great place to get your grit on. They have a wonderful selection of grits and cornmeals. Buyer beware, you will spend a lot of money here because you will want to try everything. Love the staff and the location.

I was given these grits by a buddy who is a foodie and a great cook. I thought grits were just grits until I received these. These are amazing. They have great body and outstanding flavor.

Boy I got these in November 2023 from the Cafe at Grand Bohemian in Charleston. I just add a little milk and follow the other instructions. I use them to make my own Sausage, grits and hand mashed avocado break fast patty. Heavenly Londie is what I call it and so do my house guests.
