I decided to share my experience at this location because all the comments seemed negative, and often, good experiences aren't mentioned. My appointment was for 11 a.m., but I arrived at the site at 7 a.m. By 7:15 a.m., I was promptly given a dock, and within minutes, they began unloading my truck. The service was excellent and efficient, and their workflow is straightforward and quick. Therefore, I give them a five-star rating. I want to thank them for their outstanding work and encourage them to keep it up."

Park along the sidewalk not the MEDIAN to check in. Get a call pull all the way forward they’ll have you cut your seal off then proceed to door. back in door, slide tandems all the way back, disconnect your red emergency air line, plus chock your tire. Take BOL to door 7 slide in door. Go back to truck. Wait til they are done…..

Got here at 0611 for a 0900 delivery and checked in you have to park on the street and walk to the guard shack with paperwork didn't get a door until almost 1000 now been sitting in the door for about a hour and they still haven't started unloading the trailer tight backing due to trailers parked in front of the docks 2 rows deep And make sure you take the turn entering wide due to big rocks along the entrance

I give them a stars because it is a nice place to sit and wait. Pretty and smells nice.
8 hours early. I was called in 30 minutes after my appointment. Once in I was out in under two hours, and the nice lady, took my paperwork in and brought it back out to me.
Parking on street. Tight in and out. Lots o trucks ?

Drivers in San Diego California Mcdonalds on Palm Avenue 92154 parks blocking all the handicap not right the driver needs to park at the end & walk to unload pallets. please let all drivers know where to park thats a ticket !

I've been here a dozen times[all night time].
Never had an issue. I always come 3 -4 hour early before appointment time, but they always take me right away. I'm not sure about morning.
Lots of street parking. Sometimes docking can be tight if they give door between two trucks and if there's trailers parked all the way upto front on the opposite side but doable.
1:00, 1:30-hour max to unload

Park your vehicle first, then walk to guard shack. There is street parking, instead of calling me the security guard walked over to me to let me know they have a door for me. Apparently he tried calling me but I didn’t get a call from him, when I drove up to the guard shack and he tried calling me then I received his call.

Brought me in two hours early for my appointment time, it’s very tight and small dock. Took them two hours and 15 mins to unload me, they put my paperwork in my driver’s mirror.

Great place to deliver, plenty of room on the side streets to park. They make you park on the side of the road to check in. There is a median right in front where one might assume you can park. Unfortunately, if they see you park on the median, they will turn you away until you park on the side of the street. Which is also covered in no parking signs. Just ignore those, I suppose everyone else does. There's plenty of room to back up some doors having more room than others. I see two Porta potties, and they are near security. I would have given 4 stars, but they don't have real restrooms. My appointment was at 5:30 am, and I waited until 8:30 am. to get a door. You must cholk your tires with their electric cholk so the sensor knows to activate.
