Claims to be a ‘family owned company’, but treats employees like numbers instead of actual humans that have a life and feelings, too. Your breaks are only 10 minutes long. Megan in HR is very unprofessional, rude, and manipulative. If you get hurt or injured, be prepared to have this company be completely against you, even if you didn’t get hurt at work. This place has wrongful termination written all over it. They like to let employees go before you’re there for 6 months. 10/10 would not recommend working for this company.

Awesome place to pickup, very efficient and professional.
Can park overnight for a break and restrooms in the office. I was drop and hook and it was super simple process. Glad to come back here again. Truck stop and walmart close by

Arrived at 1100 for a 1700 appointment. Slide tandems all the way back and leave doors closed. Red light loading, green light go get pw. Was called to door before noon and gone with pw in hand by 1300. They do offer over night parking. Suggest calling ahead to make sure product is pulled for your order in order to be loaded early or have a chance. I enjoyed my experience....wish more location's was like this.

Brought a return of 17 640s in was asked if I could drop, no problem came back next morning and the trailer still wasn't unlocked. Hopefully I can make my pick up appointment.

Terrible at loading. I have been loading here every week for 6 months and only twice have they gotten me out in less than 2 hours. They average 4 hours loading me. Today however is the last straw. I show up at 8:30 am for a 10 am appointment. Order was made 2 weeks ago and the appointment was set 3 days ago. 12 hours later I’m still sitting in the parking lot waiting for my load. Their response? “We are experiencing delays because of the holiday next week”. Absolutely pathetic.

1st time here. Love this place they have plenty of parking before and after loading or unloading. Had me loaded in 45 mins or less. Very friendly people that work here. Truck stop less than 2 miles away at WI 57 and county Rd PP. Black Dawg Diesel does trl washouts for 44.31 as long as there's no blood less than 3 miles on WI 57.

Last time, my load was shifted, part of the load lay on the door and I could not open two doors.I put 3 load locks inside, but they use only 2 of them!
The receiver didn’t want to unload me. I lost my next pick up and had to go 350 miles to unload! It is better to have minimum 3 load locks!
