A bare bones, casual poke shop. You're not coming here so much for the atmosphere, you come here because you want good poke. And they deliver!! I had the spicy Lahaina with salmon and Maui local salad. I really enjoyed it. It was maybe a little bit too much sauce but I think that's the style here for poke - so can't complain.
Admittedly we had the Maui signature bowl yesterday and weren't too impressed - but today was awesome. Would go back.
A friend ordered the fish tacos and they were the most generous, largest sized fish tacos that I've seen.
Also ordered a Maui tea. I chose unsweetened. I'm sure with more sugar it would have been great, but I enjoyed the simple tea flavor.

Except for location this place is just barely ok. Service is worst. Although food quality seems good.

The takeaway bowl is not even half full.. the servers hesitate to give even a full scoop of anything except for rice. For similar price ($20) you will find better option across the island but unfortunately in this location this is the only option and this poke shop is taking full advantage of the same.

Will go hungry next time - but will not come here.

Some of the best poke I’ve ever had! This small poke bar in Whalers Village had great selection with lots of proteins, bases, and sides to choose from. I got the salmon and eel, along with an assortment of delicious toppings. Everything tasted so fresh and well made. I was very pleased with my first visit to Maui Poke!

Extremely unimpressive for Maui. The mango was way past its prime and the fish portions were tiny. There’s better poke bowls in land locked Denver for half the price.

I enjoyed a medium make your own poke bowl. My base was a mix of brown rice and greens. I asked the lovely woman building my bowl what sauce she recommended with tofu and she said a mix of teriyaki, spicy mayo, and mango chili. She was right! It was DELICIOUS. Fast, friendly service paired with a good meal. Check this place out! Just FYI it’s in a food court, so you can easily take your meal to eat on the beach or outside. The food court itself has air conditioning. They provide utensil options as well: fork or chopsticks.

The Poke itself was true to freshness as a label. Of course a Poke Bowl does have more to offer. The Maui signature Poke Bowl blends so many flavors together. The ginger jumps out at you, but is immediately balanced with the sweetness of the pineapple that is added. Both the Ahi and the Salmon are of equal pleasure in choice factor to add to the bowl.

Should the recommended bowls not fancy your eyes, you can create your own bowl as well.

Service is quality and so friendly. Maui Poke is clean but does sit inside a “food court” area. Plenty of seating outside in a very nice setting inside of Whalers Village. This is not located right on a street, so just know you have to walk most likely from the parking garage; validation available upon purchase of items.

The pokey selections are great, the portions are pretty good, not a ton of meat. The flavored tea is excellent, I love the mango tea. The store is very small, but there is some basic seating for eating just outside the restaurant.

I really wanted some poke and this was the only option at the food court. Not much service to talk about since it’s fast food. We got other items from Joey’s Kitchen so I got only a Maui Signature at this establishment. I also got a passion fruit tea for $5. Yes, I detected a bit of passion fruit and there was definitely tea, but the taste was fleeting. It felt like water with a hint of passion fruit and tea.

The Maui Signature had a great presentation as it looked appetizing. But when I tasted it, I was disappointed. Perhaps I’ve been used to the “chipotle” style poke places in California where you choose your protein, your toppings and your sauces. For instance, the “Hawaiian Poke” in Dublin, California has bigger bowls, more toppings and better flavor. This one did not have enough sauces to my liking. We did get soy sauce from Joey’s Kitchen and had to add that to the poke. The biggest issue I had with the poke was that half of the white rice was not fully cooked. That’s just a mistake that no restaurant should make. Perhaps we were unlucky and got the half-cooked rice. But poke in Hawaii, especially with a name like “Maui Poke” should not be this bad. I blame myself for my disappointment - I will now adjust my expectations when it comes to food courts in Hawaii.
