Needed some trimmer line but wanted something better than what I thought a chain home improvement store would offer. I'm sure those stores might have the same stuff, but I was hoping to also get an experienced recommendation, so I stopped in here. Nice sized store with a good selection of quality brands. Asked what trimmer line would they recommend, and after a few questions about what purpose and where I use it most, went with the Stihl line.
Great recommendation on the line, have been impressed with it and kudos to Maui Power Equipment for the tip.

Worst customer service ever. I called to drop off my mower for service which is a newer Toro. The lady , Jana, said they were full and to wait a week to drop it off for service. I dropped it off and waited over a month for their estimate of $600 to clean the carburetor. The lady never once answered the phone when I tried to get updates on the mower. Got my mower out of that hell hole and took it to Kim's Small Engine Services in Pukalani. He had the mower running smooth in 4 hours for a fraction of their estimate.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. WORST SHOP EVER>
