Chef Matt and Kirby were fantastic! During our stay in Maui they prepared breakfast on Mother’s Day and dinner for a birthday on a different night. Chef Matt was so accommodating and considerate of various dietary restrictions as well as dining with a toddler. Portion sizes were perfect, ingredients were fresh and both Chef Matt and Kirby were a true pleasure. Both meals that were prepared for us were so amazing and enjoyable. Some of our absolute favorites were the lobster appetizer and the red snapper main dish, but everything was super tasty. We can’t recommend them highly enough. A must when you are traveling to Maui.

This whole experience was AMAZING! Chef curated such a beautiful 3 course meal for all of us! Course 1, was handmade sushi with gold flakes & massago & then spring rolls followed by an incredible dragon fruit & goat cheese salad. Course 2, was a delicious fish that was caught by the chefs’s friend only 24 hours prior that was served on-top of mashed potatoes and spinach with some roasted carrots & microgreens. (So delicious)! Course 3 was a delicate passion fruit dessert that was cut & presented so precisely & beautifully. It was somehow decadent & airy at the same time. Not only that but at the end, the kitchen was left beyond clean! The whole experience was relaxed, professional, & fun! 100/10!

Honestly the best 3 course dinner I’ve ever had. Chef Matt is fast, efficient in the kitchen, and an incredible chef. I’m not a huge fish eater (I had a perfectly cooked steak) but the fresh caught gray snapper was an absolute delight! Aloha!

Chef Matt created the best in house meal we have ever had! The purple potato croquettes were amazing along with the seared ahi summer rolls. We really enjoyed the butter lettuce salad with Mac nuts and white cheddar. We chose the catch of the day which was mahi mahi with a delicious Indonesian rice! We finished with an amazing chocolate torte. Chef Matt was friendly, talkative, very professional! We will hire him again!

Had a wonderful dinner for 5 family members prepared by Matt Yakabiuski and his colleague, Kirby. Matt created an incredible menu for us prior to our arrival in Maui. Best meal we’ve had on Maui and we have had a lot of good ones over the years. Matt was very easy to work with and easily accommodated our special food requests. Matt prepared great food, provided a beautiful presentation and timed our dinner perfectly as the sun was going down. Highly recommend Matt for a memorable meal made of premium and fresh ingredients. Sushi is clearly one of his many specialties. You will be very impressed and glad you booked him.Matt, thanks for such a great experience!

We hired Matt to do a Birthday/ Jewish New Year dinner for us and he was absolutely amazing. Our entire group agreed his dinner was one of the main highlights of our trip. From the beginning he was super communicative, offered advises on the menu considering traditional holiday dishes and special options for kids the group. Not only the food was amazing but his entire team was very helpful and truly curated an unforgettable experience for us. We wish he was local to us so we could enjoy his services again!

ChefMatt and his two assistants were professional, hardworking, and engaging. We had macadamia-crusted Mahi w a citrus-chardonnay-infused buerre blanc sauce as the main course. Ahi tuna and flank steak pupus started the festivities, and creme brulee concluded this feast. Couldn't be more satisfied.
