I used their computers but some sites they wouldn't work needed a government computer to access. SUASMAN.sofapps.net needs government computer access to create an account. They got a vending machine, restroom, and coffee from 8-11 (I think that's the starting time). I don't get the coffee from 8-11 like everyone at work at that time.
