Best butcher shop in town , not only do they have the best meat cuts but sweets as well ! Prices are not more than the grocery store, the quality is miles ahead. Worth every penny if you care about flavor, sourcing, and supporting local businesses.

Highly recommend if you’re into cooking — or just eating really well.The staff? Knowledgeable and friendly. Coming back for more !

We bought these bad boys here ! Low and slow in the oven they fall off the bone. There was a big selection and friendly folks. They can cut to your request. Much needed butcher shop in the area. The only suggestion i have is to carry the fresh pepperoni and jerky to buy. Thats a favorite part of a butcher shop for many. We will be back.

Amazing meat store with an amazing selection. Do.not be fooled by the size of the location. I went to two other major retailers and I could not find the meat I was looking for. They have outside skirtsteak (entraña) from Mexico and Argentina. They also have sausage and beef ribs cut to custom size. I also purchased a fig spread that I had been looking for that I really like on my pizza. Their prices are also the most competitive I have ever ran across. The customer service and attention was impeccable. I highly recommend this place. The BBQ turned out better than expected.

Have bought their Waygu beef short ribs multiple times and it’s the best steak I’ve ever tasted. Just season with salt and pepper, place on the BBQ at 350 for 30-40min each side and comes out perfect.

I'm from the Midwest.... on vacation down here in Florida... was really craving a high quality steak...I prefer to cook my own stuff... found this awesome place via a Google search... and I'll tell you what... you'd be a fool to not check this place out... they had everything and anything you could want... all high quality!!!... price... if your good with low to average quality meat... go to your local grocery or big box store... if paying a little bit more for quality hand cut meat that is top notch is normal for you... please check this place out!!!... the ribeyes, chicken breast, and kabobs I bought her were beyond top notch... extra friendly staff... please check them out!!!
