Women Guard on the gate 8 for loads delivery, is COMPLETELY out of herself, control and place! She doesn’t talks she screams you. It is super disappointing coming from a so important company as Mercedes Benz, it no makes any sense how this company hires people as her, unhappy and so poor professionalism conditions. The worst of the situation is that this is not the first review on her!!! So… Many drivers has experienced same with this lady? Authorities has to do something with this extremely rude person… it is more than humiliating

This security Here need to be fired she's very unprofessional for mercedes
my Co.driver checking at 6:00 pm the have us wait till 8:15 everybody came after us get a dock number they let us stay there I went inside try to ask why everybody came after us get a dock we don't so I taught security guard checking people in she's like get out my window I'm like why you giving me attitude she do hear me I said get out my window or are you slow I told if not happy Here do something else . To be honest mercedes need a better security to represent us driver went we came in to facility to bring load mercedes do better next time please cause pm security girl you Have scared driver away.

Check in take 1 hour. Security guard get him paycheck hourly, and don't care about drivers waiting. Inside at the security guard office dirty, but everywhere since about covid-19. It's like office not cleaning from the beginning. MB doesn't have anothe money for cleaning?! It's a shame.

My first experience dropping a load here went fairly smooth. Only drawback is that they seem to only have two dock available for delivery.

I would give them 0 star. Very lazy, unprofessional people work here. I’ve been waiting 5 hours to get the dock, and spent more than an hour on the dock. Every time when I went inside to check what’s going on at least 2 fork lift drivers were sitting and watching their phones.

Checking took about 45 minutes. Then I was told to drive up and the security officer had me open my door so they could look inside my truck. Not really sure what they were looking for. I then back into a the assigned door and I am getting unloading now. Starting unloaded immediately.

The unloading was pretty fast but a late that work at the guar are not from this planet
They think they own Mercedes won’t even bother letting you know what to do very bad attitude

Never had a problem getting unloaded unless i have to go to gate 6....as soon as u hit the dock u out of there within 20-30 minutes
