If you come here with a sleeper with a 53ft you are guaranteed to have a hard time backing up do a dock, not only because there is no room to turn around and you’ll have to back from the street, but also because they permanently keep all but one dock taken by their trailers. If anyone with a daycab arrives after you were there expect to be asked to wait until they get unloaded (my luck had me wait for two trucks that got here after me). If you happen to arrive earlier you will be told that they have no room for your freight and you will have to come back day later, the only parking is a Circle K 30 min away. It also can happen that you’ll have to ring the bell at the door for 20 min to sign in. Generally people here are friendly but it doesn’t really help when you have to go through all that for a load that pays $1.70 a mile.

Practice some blind side backing/ parking before coming here in a sleeper truck. Door 2-4 will be a little bit easier, but door 1 isn't easy unless you are using a day cab..?

Zero as far as space to maneuver your truck.. must back in blind, unsafe in itself, but nowhere to turn around, have to do a tight back around at intersection, then back down a block.. and if they give you that first door, have to blind squiggle around dumpster, shed, and parts? in way... and can't hardly understand them, and I'm usually pretty good with accents... Zero all around

Why is the phone system so screwed up. No matter who you try to contact, you can't. Basic, very basic business needs, accounts, shipping/ receiving , customer service all get kicked out to department's in other cities which. In turn goes to voice mail sayng no one's around to answer there either. Ridiculous for such and large and wonderful company to have such abhorrent communication systems. No assistance, no possible contact.... how does a business run without a simple receptionist or effective phone system to direct calls?
